Ok I haven't blogged the last few days but I have been exercising. Day 25 was Tuesday for me and I had a very busy day. I got a call from one of the schools I work at and they needed me in that day so I didn't have much time to get to my workout before I had to be at my evening job. By the time I got home, it was pretty late. I did Quick trouble zones but I skipped level 2 of the shred. I just couldn't do it. I didn't sleep well the night before and I was groddy. The important thing is that I did exercise.
Day 26 I was at the school again but I did not have to go into my evening job. It was the scheduled off day and I used it as such.
Day 27 was also a busy day. I had to be at the school again that day. They called me a little late but I managed to get there in time. I was pretty frazzled and scrambled. I had to work again last night so I was late again getting to my workout. I pushed through since I skipped level 2 on Tuesday and I did the whole No more trouble zones and level one of the shred. I was 12:30 getting it done and 1 getting to bed.
All in all it was pretty busy but I still managed to get my shred in. I am so close now. Only tonight's workout tomorrow and sunday and I have completed the 30 day shred. Next month I plan on doing the workout but I think I will incorporate some other videos if I can get ahold of them. I was looking at the Women's Health videos and I think I may incorporate some of those for variety, particularly in replacing the BFBM video of Jillian's. I love her style but I am physically unable to do that video.
I also realized that I didn't weigh in last week. I think that now, since I am so close to the end I will weigh in on Monday. I am going to take monday as a day off and get back into routine on Tuesday.
