So I ahve been working out like crazy and eating pretty decently. I know it hasn't been long and that I wasn't doing the greatest for a while there but sinse this past Sunday I ahve gone to the gym everyday and spent a min. of 30-45 minutes on the elliptical, plus I have been riding my bike and doing strength training. Today I weighed myself and I gained weight! WTF?!?!?!?!?! So completely discouraging.
