I am still losing weight, although it is only about one pound a week... This is a bit discouraging. I know that means its time to step something up. Do I exercise more? I get about an hour 5-6 days a week already, and my knees and feet get the burnt end. Do I cut calories? My metabolism has raised and I'm always starving, I cut my calories to an average of 1,350 a day. I'm not sure where the wiggle room is, because If I eat any less, I'm tired.
I wish... that I had someone in my life that.. well its the same ol' song and dance. I just want to feel beautiful. :) May the Lord bless you and keep you until we meet again.
