Body Composition Analysis

I wish I would have done this at the beginning of my weight loss journey, but better late than never! Here are my results:

Body Type: Standard
BMI: 25.9
BMR: 5829 kj
Fat %: 29.3%
Fat Mass: 40.2 lb
FFM: 96.8 lb
TBW: 70.8 lb

Desirable Ranges
Fat %: 21-33% (my target is 22-24%)
Fat Mass: 25.8-47.6 lb (I'm within range, but would like to lower mine to about 30 lb)

To be in the healthy range, it suggested to only lose about 2.4 lbs of fat. Of course, my goal is to lose another 13 lbs and then work on toning and gaining about 5 lbs in muscle. That will put me at a fit, toned, lean 125 lbs.

I have scheduled a follow-up for 6 weeks from today to check on progress. Will probably do another one 6 weeks after. I'm so excited to be able to know exactly where I stand and where I need to go from here.
