It hits in a beautiful way, like the rising of the sun on a promising day.
I had forgotten my water bottle on my walk the other day. A little more than half way through I was so shaky and I just knew I was needing food. Well I got home and not wanting to fall behind in my water count for the day, grabbed my water bottle first.
After just a couple of swallows I felt so much better.
So all these years when I had exerted myself and thought I needed a snack I was thirsty instead ?
All those unnecessary calories I have consumed though the years.
Well no more !
