Happy Thursday everyone..i forgot to blog.well tuesday i did the four mile super challenge and ate bowl of oatmeal with raisons and cinnamon.snack orange,lunch tuna fish sanwhich on whole wheat bread,dinner i had stirfry with tofu veggies and brown rice.Wednesday i did walk away the pounds 3 mile walk for the abs.i had special k with soymilk for breakfast,carrots and ranch and an apple for snack,and for dinner i ate spaghetti with vegetarian vergin of hamburger..was tooo tired to to firm cardio sculpt i feel really bad but damnit i had to get some sleep.soooo that brings us to today i will do walk away the pound four mile super challenge when my boy takes a nap today i will eat breakfast :special k.snack:orange and apple,lunch:boca burger on whole wheat,dinner:stuffed peppers with brown rice and mushrooms and spices..mmmmmm..tomorrow i am water fasting..talk to you tomorrow..
