Further to yesterday's challenge to myself to get my (measly) annual goal completed in the first month of the year....

Ran through the Houston airport lugging a heavy briefcase - ran through the Newark airport.

Bootcamp early this morning before leaving the house.

30 minutes worth of SP ST exercises while waiting for the State of the Union address.

Getting closer to the goal, but it feels like cheating. I'm hoping the hotel's fitness center isn't packed tomorrow morning. Last time there wasn't a free treadmill.
Sigh.....

    It's not cheating... physical activity is physical activity. THe program is based on 10 minutes bursts of exercise and that's exactly what you're doing.
