Ok... here I go again. Tracking food online to make sure I am eating as healthy as I think I am. Plan to use the elliptical as soon as my husband gets up from his nap (in the same room).

Days not working are the most difficult. But if I don't start sticking to a plan - LONG TERM - I'll keep yo-yoing.
