Wednesday...hump day!

I've got my work out all lined up today. Cardio Kickbox class, I understand we are to do the 100 challenge. Whatever the hell that is ... it sounds like a lot of hard work. I say BRING IT!!

Last night while watching my son gulp down a calorie"full" personal pan pizza at Pizza Hut I noticed that there is absolutely nothing healthy on the menu. I'm sorry, some preservative full, bland salad was not just not appealing. I had a cup of coffee. Amazingly enough, when I got home I decided to have a Lean Cuisine Panini for supper. My little guy thought it smelled so good, he immediately exclaimed that it's not fair that I get to eat all the good food. You know what...he's right. It was good and awsome for the waist line too!
