Morning Yoga....love it

Yesterday morning I did 30 minutes of yoga. I thought it would be easy but it was actually kind of tough. I throughly enjoyed it. I believe I am going to make it an every day thing....its a great way to stretch and burn calories. Wish me luck on sticking to it.

    I love Yoga also, it is a great way to stretch, get a workout in, and reduce stress. I love to finish my workouts with 30 minutes of Yoga ( when time permits). Way to go..... emoticon
