Cruise Challenge

Hello spark family. Ok I have now gotten my mind on eating right. My fridge is filled with healthy food. Now I need to incorporate some cardio. I am also reading a book called Power Moves by Marco Borges. I will incorporate those ideas in my program. I weighed myself today and I am back up to 283................ very painful to see those numbers. Just think if I would have kept it up I would be slimmer now. But that is ok ..... no pressure and no blaming myself. Let's get it people !!! emoticon

    I too am going on my first cruise in May!!! So Diva we both got a lot of work to put in for our cruise! I don't know when yours is but I hope you have lots of fun!!!

Can't wait to get to the Bahamas with my friends!!! emoticon

    I have been on an upswing that I am having problems shaking. part of it is an evening weakness and part of it is stress eating. I just need to get it all moving again and then the show can begin again.
