This week I saw again that Spark Streaks are not a tool for me, a recovering perfectionist. I logged in one night close to midnight and that day was not counted. I did not let my head get into a bad loop over it though - I am going to monitor my process without getting hung up on the streaks. The promise I made to blog my progress did help me with water several days where I might have blown it off.
This week has been good. I have been very consistent about drinking my water. I haven't been quite as consistent about logging my food but my food is much cleaner than it was. My pants feel much more comfortable now (not sure I can face the scale yet). The small changes make me feel so much better.
Thursday the doc injected in the knee capsule and I feel like a new person. I feel 20 years younger and just now realize the difficulty and pain I was having while trying to move. I'm not cleared for much moving but I do get to try out water aerobics. Next week I was told I can bike if the pain is still gone.
I am holding myself accountable to report continued progress with drinking my water and I plan to continue to work on food records
