The Big Easy...

Yeah right! Nothing is easy or maybe if it isn't worth working for it isn't worth it. Is that what fitness means to you? I've worked it and now it's back, my weight that is. After a summer of non-activity and beer drinking I'm doing this all again. My public entries may make me a little more accountable. Lets see what happens.

I set my goal of 8 cups of water. That's simple afternoon is plagued with errands and unpredictable stops. I have my water bottle full.

I'll be off to my cardio kickboxing class this afternoon, I just want to have the strength to get thru this extremely challenging Monday class. I'm looking forward to it as usual. My cooling system is working really well and I sweat a lot in the class. I love Temple Fitness!
