Today I was reading blogs and notice that I had lost over 100 pounds over night. The first thing that came to mind was getting enough sleep, apparently I did!!! I realize that I had enter by new weight in at 131.5, but is really 231.5. This is still good because I am down from 235 and this is a new week I finally have gone to stage 2. I still need to work on journalising. I am doing very good about measuring just not writing down. My goal this week is to journal what I eat .(baby steps) emoticon
