Week 2 mini goal progress

Well I've completed week 2 of my mini goal (yeah). I've been doing cardio a lot so I will include a little strength this new week. I didn't lose any weight this pass week but I've been feeling full of energy and my clothes is fitting a little better already so I'm happy and excited about that. I've also noticed that I've been looking forward to getting up and working out, when my alarm goes off I'm up and getting ready to work out, no more hitting the snooze button and saying I'll workout later. I hope to lose at lease 1 lb this week but I'm just so happy that I have energy and I'm getting back into working out and being healthy. Until next week emoticon
