I am so happy in the last 3 days I have walked over 4 miles!
Yesterday when it was nice I pushed myself and walked 2 miles, it's been so long since I have done that and it was a loong walk since I am out of shape but it made me feel better. Today it was really cold and I didn't feel like walking so I did a mile and came home.
Also every day I have done the 10 minute 1st day bootcamp workout except today. I usually do the workout when my hubby is gone so I don't look a fool.
Today I have eaten under my calorie goal and would love to have something sweet but I am trying to see if that craving will pass before I waist my calories on something that I don't need..
I want to loose weight and will this is the new me speaking the girl who wants to shed all these pounds. Friday was the first day of being me, I may slip like I did a little Friday but caught myself before I ate over my calories and I am proud of myself for that.
