OK...I don't give up that easy. My BFF, Linda, and I have decided to give the Beck Diet a try. There is a book and a workbook that we bought (I bought the CD and the workbook).
I'm now on day 2.
Here's my plan (I'll try to attach it to this post)
Look Good In Jeans
The 2 Diet Plans I Have Chosen (OK...3)
1. Abs Diet For Women
Back-up Plan: Low Sodium Diet
Back-up to Back-up Plan: Low Calorie Diet
Modifications For Each Plan Includes:
Allow myself either 1 12 oz Dr. Pepper or other 150 calorie junk food daily
Keep calories around 1600 give or take 250. (1350-1850)
One free meal per week
One free day per month (This day will include the 1 free meal that week)
To be evaluated as needed.
