I've only worked out with one other person before, and it was never with my daughter. I didn't get my walking in the past 2 days (it was husbands birthday) but today I could really tell a difference, I was sluggish and I had zero energy. After lunch, my husband went to lay down, my son was sleeping so it was just my daughter and I. I told her to go grab her tennis shoes and we were going to "walk." I popped in a Leslie Sansone dvd and away we went. This is the second time I've ever worked out with one of her dvd's. I checked out a couple from the library and my sister let me borrow one of hers. So there we were....warming up and getting our heart rate up. She stuck with me for about 15 mins, then she had to sit down. It was very cute, she kept telling me she was hungry and her feet hurt, but I was proud that she was doing it with me. I was proud of myself that we were doing this together. The thought of "I'm doing this for a better me" kept running through my head. My mom came out of her room and sat down and watched me do the last 15 minutes of the workout. Normally I would of stopped it, but I kept on going. I really like doing her dvd's, it targets my "problem" areas (my behind)!
