I biked 40 minutes! The last 10 mins were difficult, I was getting super hungry/shakey all of a sudden. I had meant to ride a bit longer but i just couldn't do it.
I prepared all the "free salad" stuff, aside from the alfa sprouts. Got two boxes of spinach, romaine, washed/bagged the radishes, celery, cut up cantelope for the meals in the next week, cut the two cheeses into 1 ounce blocks for the various meal times. I am hoping if I do this a couple times a week, when I am not hungry.. it will mean during meal times that I will be fully prepared for quick and easy eating. Without the urge to grab bad foods or skip a meal because I'm in pain, too sick, or too severely lacking energy!
I feel pretty good about it all :)
