All wheels back on track!

I got lazy and complacent for almost 6 months. A 3-week long vacation, a trip to Vegas a few weeks later, getting a puppy, increased stress and workload at work, etc. all were convenient excuses to eat like sh!t and not exercise.

Anyway, started using SP again for New Years. Had a bit of a health issue which put a 10-day hold on exercising, but that wouldn't stop me from getting my eating habits back into shape. Then I put the bike on the trainer and have been watching episodes of Chuck on my MacBook as I ride. Today I went back to the gym for the first time in 5 months and did some weightlifting. Felt great!!

I can honestly say I'm back to 100% commitment to making myself healthy and fit once again. No more excuses.

    Nice job, Congrats on getting back on track! if you ever get over 100% throw the extra my way... I'm probably 85% on track - HA!

    Good for you, not letting a setback totally derail you. After I signed up I hurt my foot and was banned from any intense exercise for 5 days.
    I focused on my nutrition and discovered yoga, that kept me on track!
