All wheels back on track!

I got lazy and complacent for almost 6 months. A 3-week long vacation, a trip to Vegas a few weeks later, getting a puppy, increased stress and workload at work, etc. all were convenient excuses to eat like sh!t and not exercise.
Anyway, started using SP again for New Years. Had a bit of a health issue which put a 10-day hold on exercising, but that wouldn't stop me from getting my eating habits back into shape. Then I put the bike on the trainer and have been watching episodes of Chuck on my MacBook as I ride. Today I went back to the gym for the first time in 5 months and did some weightlifting. Felt great!!
I can honestly say I'm back to 100% commitment to making myself healthy and fit once again. No more excuses.
