Okay, I got to my Weight Watchers goal on Thursday. Actually, I went a couple of pounds under it, so I also reached my SparkPeople goal.
SparkPeople has now updated by nutritional goals, and I've actually worked out how to edit them. Now, if I stay within my SP targets I have 25-30 WW points a day. I think I should be having 26 on Maintenance, so that's right.
I edited my fat targets, because SP was going for about 30% of my calories from fat, and I think that's high. The majority of people in the UK have over 30% of fat from calories, which is bad. It is okay to have about 20% of calories from fat, and only 2% is what is essential!
The thing I love most about SparkPeople is that I can edit my targets in line with what I believe, rather than just going along with what they tell me. That's fantastic! Now I just have to stick within what I believe to be healthy amounts as well!
