So i been very serious on my diet for almost three weeks now and im proud to say that i went from 158lbs. to 151 lbs. Im very dam proud of myself!! I been eating healthy, more fruits and veggies, no juice or coke, only water and i been trying to only eat 1200 calories a day, some days i do go over! Im also doing the 20 minutes of Jillian Michaels and every other day even weekends i do 20 min. of Jillian and 45 min. from my prevention dvd. Im also planning on starting to go run on the weekends and do a whole hour of strenght! Im very glad to see results and that my hard work is paying off. This motivates me even more!!!
