I killed it today. I woke up at 6 frantic about what I was gonna do for a workout today (today is my guaranteed Spin day w/ Kelly K but I called too late yesterday and ended up #2 on the waiting list. Damn.) so had my coffee (black)and got my meals together for the day.
7am I decided I was going to do a cardio workout from the ChaLEAN Extreme program. I was in such a zone I pushed it out and made it through the ab workout. YES!!! 8:15am
OK I'm gonna eat breakfast and go to Tybee Y and use the elliptical. I grabbed my oatmeal out of the cabinet reached over to the other cabinet to get a bowl and the phone rang. Islands YMCA... I'm in.
8:18am Ate breakfast - McCann's Steel quick cooking Oats, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 tsp. unsalted butter (yeah I said it BUTTER) 1 tsp. cinnamon and a banana.
8:27am padded bike shorts, fresh sports bra, fresh socks, quick log into SP to enter my first workout, fresh towel, refill 2 water bottles, deodorant, headband
8:35am out the door to the Y.
9:05am on bike #1.
10:07am Ready to take on the world.
Unfortunately the rest of my day was uneventful except for the fact that the tapeworm I must have been harboring in my guts earlier in the week was not as ravenous as it had been. I actually stuck to the meals I planned for myself.
Somebody say, WORD!
