Well, I have been a member for some time but never really got actively involved... I guess I just kept putting off what I knew I needed to do. The spark is finally lit and I am going to get to my goals this time!
First and foremost, I want to be good to myself and start eating and exercising on a spark streak. I have been reading the book and on the second chapter. I like the way he explains to set long, medium an short range goals and they all count! I had never thought that JUST 10 minutes CAN make a difference and you have to start SOMEWHERE...... And that somewhere is NOW.
