1) Choose your words wisely there are no word receipts (you can't take them back.)
2) Be careful of the words you say - right or wrong - there's a price to pay.
3.) Be wise in your word selection - don't allow your mouth to write a check that your lifestyle cannot cover.
We can all agree that these are wise words to recall when speaking to each other - but how many of us fail to put them into practice when it comes to the things we say to and about ourselves.
How many of us are verbally abusive to ourselves in the things we think and say?
How many of us are neglectful of ourselves?
It is never too late to chart a new course!

How can we love God or our fellow man in the mist of self loathing?
Trust in the Lord, and do good (toward yourself and others); so shall you dwell in the land, and you shall be fed.
