I did not work out as much as planned this week but did watch my food/water intake. Kids were home from school Wed/Thurs due to ice storm so that disrupted all kinds of stuff around here.
I have acquired the Power 90 workout system (and the ones that follow) and plan to start Power 90 on Monday. I have taken my "before" shots - YIKES!! Thank goodness for self timers - no one needs to be witness to those photos. So I won't be posting them anywhere public... for now. I envision such great results that I do eventually publish them though :)
Getting into the 5-6 day a week workout habit will definitely improve other habits. I notice that when I am working out I do much better at everything else from skincare to flossing. Time to get back to being a better me!
