Today is day 3 of cardio for me. 1st day I walked/marched/kicked/knee raised for 25 minutes while watching The Biggest Loser + weight training. 2nd day I walked the dog .72 mile- thats around my block. Tonight I did WATP with weighted balls + weight training.
Won't you hApPy DaNcE with me...it'll burn a few more cals!
