Weekends were always a tough time for me; I'm not a drinker, but most of our social life was "food oriented" - restaurants, hockey games, entertaining at our house, etc. It became easier for me to making simple swaps, and logging what I ate or planned to eat. When you write it down- it becomes "real" and you know you're accountable.
Do you have a smartphone? Blackberry or iPhone? There are apps that you can use to log calories and meals on the run. They've really helped me maintain and account for my food choices.
Enjoy your weekend, and give yourself permission to indulge, just remember: Empty Calories Means EXTRA WORK
