This is my year!!! I'm going to get serious about losing the extra 20lbs. I turn 48 in july and since then my blood pressure has gotten high and my cholestrol has risen. I'm now on blood pressure and cholestrol pills. Sad part is I'm probably the healthiest person I know. I just need to get with the program and stick with it. I've been on sparkpeople.com since April 2008. Now I've boght the book and am determined to get in tip top shape.

2. work out 5 days a week for atleast 10 minutes a day building up to 30 minutes a day.
3. keep my calories to 1500 per day.
4. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. (this shouldn't be a problem)
5. track all these thing on the web site.
