    What a great plan you have! The diet journal looks really handy. I put my food into Sparkpeople so it counts calories and fiber for me. It helps if you enter your recipes into the Sparkrecipes so that you don't have to enter all the ingredients each time. Sometimes you can even find a recipe already there that's like yours. Good luck!
