Okay..so here goes :)
I am going to post my Fast Break Goals (My book arrived yesterday)
1) Drink 8 cups of water per day
2) Exercise 10 a min of 10 minutes per day
3) Post on blog everyday that I have completed my goals for accountability.
I'm scattered and am going in different directions all at once so I will focus on Sparkpeople and commit to changes. This is the best site I have found (and trust me--I have visisted most of them ;)) I'm a serial quitter and starter ;)
I'm day 15 of being smokefree and have dedicated the next 6 months to getting healthy (not losing weight--that will come-- but getting healthy)
I am going to Peru on an expedition in July and wish to be healthy to enjoy every second of this amazing trip!
You can do it Bonnie!
For now..baby steps--just keep to your fast break gaols and don't worry about tomorrow today!
