Bad Food Day

I feel so bad bout my day yesterday evening. I ate terrible!!!

    I feel for you Queen,
I have moved to a worst time it is called Menopause, I tell you I would love to have a cramp or something better then what I am dealing with now, hot flashes and night sweats... I started Menopause when I was 41 now I am 46 and it is worst than ever, so hang in there and take one day at a time, it will get better ...Let your good days out weigh your bad days......Hang in there Queen !!!!

  i had bad day to ate 3 slices of pizza for lunch then spag. but once in awhile u have to do it lol

    Don't beat yourself up over the Chinese food.We all eat things we don't suppose to at times, the main thing is gettting back on track.You have been doing so well. One little splurge is not going to hurt you.I have days like that also, I just do a little bit more exercises and get back on track. HAve a great day. We will make it through the tuff periods.     emoticon Awww...don't feel bad about yourself. Remember that you're changing your whole lifestyle, and we can't just wake up some morning and have everything perfectly fall in place. Be very kind to yourself and just know that this little slip-up was just part of the whole journey, not something apart from it. What a beautiful picture of you here - wow!! You are gorgeous!!     Zumba is a class to remember, it really work the entire body..
Make sure you drink water, this exercise make you sweat hard.....

    Just pick it back up tomorrow! Bad days are inevitable once in a while. They only get dangerous when they days start adding up consecutively.
