Feeling good, but am I losing?

When I weighed in last week, I had lost 1.5 lbs. which was a little faster than I wanted to go. So I decided to eat a bit more, about 100 cal more a day going near my maximum amount allowed each day. Now I am just feeling nervous that I will not have lost any weight. Maybe I am just feeling bloated LOL
It is such a tough balancing act being an athlete. Logically, I must be creating big calorie deficits. It is just weird how they show up or don't show up. Must say, felt pretty decent at my long TKD team training this a.m. and running this week having the extra fuel in the tank. Maybe I will lose more by eating more? There is a God :)
