Please be kind, this is my first attempt and I was quite nervous!
I tried to upload this yesterday but had a lot of problems loading it. So, here's my second attempt!
After this recording I had another great day. I stuck to my calorie allowance, drank all my water, did my 10,000 steps and did 35 minutes in the gym (burning 250 calories).
And...I've stepped on the scales this morning and I've lost another 1lb! So I'm 174lbs - sub 170 is approaching fast!
Ooh and for my American friends
I tried peanut butter and bananas on toast yesterday and it was totally scrummy!
