I'm blogging tonight to complete today's bootcamp challenge and to keep my resolution to blog daily during the bootcamp. I also did the video and rode my exercise bike for 50 minutes.

Compared to last year's bootcamp, I'm doing much better. My back still acts up, but I haven't had to skip a workout. I really appreciate the effort the coaches have put in to offer us these bootcamps. Thanks!

    That's great that the bootcamp is working for you. This is one is definitely going better for then any one before as well. Keep up the good work and I hope your back stays on the quiet side.
