Today I did some good things and some not so good things. I choose to focus on the good today. I am making progress towards my goal, not perfect today but progressing. Keeping my eyes on my goal will get me there and hating myself won't. Sharing the spark is good, and a little gentleness goes along way (with myself and others). I am grateful for a good food day and will add the exercise tomorrow.
