CAN YOU EXCERSIZE TO MUCH???

I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT EVERYDAY THIS MONTH AND I`VE BEEN SORE HERE AND THERE BUT TODAY I`M SORE ALL OVER AND MY HIPS FEEL LIKE THERE GOING TO SHATTER. I`M WONDERING IF I SHOULD TAKE A BREAK ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK OR SOMETHING. OR MAYBE I SHOULD JUST SUCK IT UP AND DO MY EXCERSIZING TODAY. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

    I really think you should take the day off and watch what you eat. If you feel that sore then its probably your body's way of telling you to take it easy. Experts suggest you take days off between exercise days to let your muscles relax. I take Sundays off to chill. Good luck and take care of you

    I try to give myself a break one day out of the week and instead of doing my regular exercises I just take a walk instead I'm still doing something but it's a lot more low key and relaxing.
Since you are doing so well I wouldn't tempt yourself by just taking and entire day off I would just slow it down a bit once a week to give your body time to catch up some. I know when I go from one extreme to another my body is like hold up now what is going on here.

    I would still do something today...just maybe take it easier than you normally would. Also try icing or using heat pads (different people need different things) on your hips or other joints after you are finished working out. My knees were bothering me and I started icing them after working out and they have been much better.
