You asked and we heard you! Today we launched 40 NEW emoticons (thanks to your suggestions) that you can use to enhance your message board posts, blog entries, and SparkPage comments. Take a look at what's new right here:
We hope you enjoy using these new icons in your posts on SparkPeople!
Wow, this site just gets better and better. It's the little things like this that make working on your health interactive and fun. I think in the next round we need an elliptical machine and arc trainer!
Love the new emoticons. Some possible ideas for next time around could possibly be some kayaking, paddle sport icons and maybe some snowshoeing icons. Thanks!
These emoticons add a whole new dimension to our blogs. They sometimes say so much more than mere words. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words!

What a super idea! Thanks big time. You keep doing wonderful things for us, Chris. So glad I got to know you and your wonderful world of SPARK. I'm not young, but I can't think of ever being motivated and inspired to the degree I am now. I think I love you. lol
Hi chris, Thanks so much for writing The Spark. I have been on spark for awhile and lost 120 pounds in 08 and 09. I won't go into all of it but I gained it back. I did a lot of stuff on my own. I would not follow the program like I was suppose to. I would not make a collage. I could not see the purpose behind it. I did not like blogging etc. I got your book when it first came out and something clicked. I am on a 28 day streak. I made my collage and understand how important it is. I followed the steps from day one. I am eating enough, exercising enough. OH the 10 minutes hooked me again. I can do 10 minutes. Now I can do 36 minutes. I put a picture of me on my page. Unheard of for me to admit I was fat. The book has touched me so much. I have read it again, underlining everything now. I will read it again until I believe what you have wrote is true. Sorry to be so long winded but you have done a thing that is very far reaching writing this book. Thank you so much.
I love sparkpeople but try as I might I can not get it to accept my e-mail account. It is in there correctly and so I tried changing it to another one of my e-mail, that did not work either. I can not find this problem in the FAQ section and I can not send a message until it works. Please send help my way. I would like to be more active but I am frustrated about this road block
