finding MY balance

it was like a smack in the face to hear the words u exercise too much or dont eat enough...
I was puzzled the chunky grl that exercises to much lol ... but clear my head and said ok exercise less really isnt an option I have built it into my daily life and I must admit I dont like to change my set routine!! plus I am a bit addicted... I go to zumba class 3-4 days a week I also do SP bootcamp 7days a week and Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk 4-5 dayz a week!! so i started WW and realize im not eating enough to fuel my body to burn calories :( Im soo lost im trying to find the right balance. I cut back on the 2 mile walk to 2-3 days a week and tried eating more often durnin the day.. I lost 1.8lbs this week!! I really hope I have found MY balance!! Thanks for listening!!
