I need to break out of my habit! I don't exercise all the time like I should.
In the past: Whenever I am following a WAY OF EATING, I don't keep up with the exercise.
and when I would exercise everyday--I didn't follow a WAY OF EATING.
TODAY...I blew off the dust on my LESLIE SANSONE tapes and just finished the 1 mile. Thought I'd start at the beginning again. I bought the balance board from SP and want to do exercises on it and my favorite exercise is (I don't know what it's called)
it's a nylon type rope where you put the loop around a door knob, lay down,
put your hands & feet in the loops and when you pull your arms down, your legs go up.
So I shall try to do my exercising more faithfully everyday. And it's best for me to exercise EVERYDAY. I use to do Leslie's tapes & walk 2-4 miles/day. Then I started doing it 6 days a week. Pretty soon 5 days/week--wouldn't do it on the weekend and then..........................
And that was after exercising constantly for 6 months! So I broke my habit quickly.
OTHERWISE.......I'M still feeling great! NOT OVEREATING becuz I like the food I make! I am making less also. Sometime I'll make enuf for a lunch the next day.
I find I like eating dinner around 630pm. I will eat enough so I am full and I do not snack after the meal. That gives me around 4 hours before I usually go to bed.
