Here is a recipe I just did for chicken and dumplings last night. I love C&D but because of the sodium I could not eat it. Now that my BP is under control I decided to try it again but with less sodium. It is lower in sodium but still not sodium friendly. This turned out really good and I want to share since my recipe book is set to private.
Please comment on the recipe if you try it.
It is time consuming to make. Can be cooked in slow cooker if desired. I do not recommend cooking dumpling i a slow cooker(crockpot).
