Missed blogging yesterday because I waited until the last minute and the website was having problems. So guess what, it's 11:53 pm and here I am again at the last minute.

So why do I find it so difficult to work out earlier in the day? Mornings are really tough because my back takes forever to wake up. By the time I get the breakfast dishes and laundry done, it's time for lunch. By then the back is fully awake, but have to run errands before the sun sets and things get icy. I guess I'm a summer person. I love the longer days and the warmth. Can't wait for spring!

Completed the bootcamp workout, the challenge and spent 30 minutes on Wii Fit. Done for the day!

    Have tryed doing yoga in the mornings? It will help wake up your back

    I'm a spring/summer/fall person too. It's hard to get anything done with the shorter hours in the winter. good luck.
