Set a personal best for me!

I am training for a 5K and I ran under 31 minutes(30:55)! When I started training in November, I did 5K in 38 minutes (I remember walking a lot...). I am really excited and have shared my happiness on the message boards. It is really motivating to reach a goal like that. My next goal is to run a sub 30 minute 5K in 30 days. emoticon
