Okay, so I had been putting off adding my exercise (hanging my head in shame) but when I realized that this was my 1 year anniversary being with Spark I had to celebrate it...by exercising. I added both cardio (walked for 25 minutes) & weight training (from Sparkpeople.com). Wow, that felt AWESOME! I feel alive & look forward to doing more. Yeah remember I do enjoy exercise. Woo hoo!
