Water is so important. I find that by drinking it, it satisfies more than my thirst. I'm glad on SP that there is a consistency about all the beneficial effects of water. Usually, I drink 10 or more cups a day. I encourage you to drink at least 8 cups a day, if you are not already doing so. If you don't like the taste of water, try putting a couple drops of lemon or lime in it.
