Well Spark friends,
I have just completed a new person Goal. I have Tae Bo's Cardio workout and it is separated into 5, 7 to 10 minute sets. Or broken up into 5 parts for me on my computer.
For the first time I got all the way to the 3rd part and felt great. I can feel a lot of progress in my cardio. I was very unmotivated this morning but I made my self do it along with my strength training since I did nothing yesterday BAd Bad.
By the time the first set was over I felt great. Could not believe it could keep up with those beautiful people on there. Mind you I can't kick as high or march as fast as they do, but I was not bellowing like a wounded dog today!!
And I still sweat buckets. I feel soooo good.
Tomorrow here I come!!
