A Better Day!

Well, today seems like a better day than yesterday. Everything seemed to go wrong [although I got a nice 20 minute walk in at the gym and my women's volleyball league won our game].

But moving on from yesterday and looking onto today. I am here at work, with nothing really to do [I can't really complain because sooner than later tax returns will be coming in like crazy and I will have TONS to do]. After work I plan to get in some more cardio and light lifting, I decided that I am going to stay strong with the cardio and only do light lifting to tone my body rather gain muscle, at least until I start seeing results with my weight loss. After my work out I have a dinner with the head coach that I coach with and a recruit. He is taking us to Pizza Hut, which I am not too happy about because I have been doing so great with eating healthy, but I can always get a salad and water. After dinner it is my relaxing time, Tuesday nights I always have the house to myself, which I think I need to take some advantage of today, either go to bed early or curl up on the couch and watch a movie.

Keep up the good work everyone, sooner than later we will all eventually see the results we would like and all look great in our swim suits come summer!

Thank you all for the motivation to keep this up. I am so happy that I have found SP because I don't think I would have lasted this long on my diet and work out if it wasn't for all of you. Seeing everyone and their progress makes me want those results, which is going to take time, and time is what I am willing to give!!!!

    GOOD NEWS!!! The dinner was canceled and therefore I won't be tempted with pizza, because I looked online and didn't see any types of salads at Pizza Hut like I thought they had. :-D Now I just need to come up with a healthy dinner for myself tonight.

    Yes, if you are going to be tempted by pizza tonight, make sure you budget it in your calories. And even if you do, stick with the water! We will all reach our goals soon...good luck!!

    I'm glad today is going better. Isn't it frustrating when other people's plans make it even harder for us to stay on track? But it looks like you are planning ahead and can make it through a visit to Pizza Hut with minimal damage. Keep up the good work!!!
