Yep... that's me... slow to lose, quick to gain. Why is that?! I had one weekend of not being as careful as I could be and basically unraveled all of the hard work I've done over the past 3 weeks. Hmmmmm....
Of course, it is the first day after the weekend, so maybe it's water weight. We'll see... I still have the attitude that I will not progress if I give up, so I'm gonna "keep on keepin' on."
I did great on my exercise last week and pretty good with food. I need to check in with SP on the weekend and I'll be golden.
On to another week...
