I felt the best when following SUGARBUSTERS, way of eating.
No WHITES, sugars, high sugar items such as: flour, sugar, brown sugar, corn, beets, white potatoes.........
No sugars listed in the 1st 5 ingredients.
I'm not going that extreme, right now anyway! Just trying to eliminate the white flour, sugars.
NOT WHITE POTATOES YET! I've come to enjoy potatoes! HA!

As soon as I read where I can't have something........I WANT IT! Except when it comes to potato chips. I was never a chip person so that is easy to stay after from!

I LOVE PASTA. And I DO NOT like WHEAT pasta! ugh! Can't do it. I've tried. There is now the "SMART" pasta's where they put in more fiber. I've been buying them.

And I've been eating BROWN RICE for years! NEVER buy the white stuff anymore.
Also I've been using OLIVE OIL & CANOLA OIL only, for many years.

I'm glad I've been doing a couple good things, for years, to my body!

    Sometimes it takes small changes over a period of time. I have found that it is easier that way. I not only have to change my eating but my families so we now eat brown rice and whole wheat bread. Have not been able to make the change to whole wheat pasta, they just don't like it.
