Well I never actively sought to lose weight before. When I would get chunky I would omit something, run a little extra and WHAM everything is great! I tracked all my food today and was only over my range by 200 cal, which I am not stressing about because of my workouts. Yes, Workout(s)! I am in the gym at least 6 days a week and sometimes 2x like today! I am starting my 4th week of amped up exercise and I am seeing zero results! Even if I do go over my cal limit a measly 200 cal it shouldnt matter! Should it? I am doing spinning, body combat, body pump, weight train, running, and for good measure yoga!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For crying out loud I should be seeing something! I weigh more(I already know about muscle gain!!) and I never poop! Yes I went there.
